Retro bag
Oh, I forgot to tell you about my recent sewing frenzy-
I made this retro bag for my friend Saskia's birthday on wednesday. I knew she absolutely loved the fabric, which used to be a tablecloth I'd found a few months ago in a weird sort of apartment flea market where they sold an old lady's stuff who'd moved to a nursing home. Scary thing.
Anyway, I'd wanted to try out this great pattern I found on craftster for a while but couldn't get up enough courage to actually start sewing... it turned out to be a lot easier than I thought and only took about 2,5 hrs to make, yay!
Saskia really liked the bag, too:-)
